CUSTOM HOME RENOVATIONS

We follow a standard procedure to accurately estimate the cost of the home renovations.  An initial meeting takes place, preferable at the location that is to be renovated, where we will gather all of your requests, renovation must-haves and wish list. We conduct a site walk through so you can describe your vision of the renovation and ask many questions  before we provide you with the estimate.

We understand that there is much to think about when considering such a project and our goal is to make sure you are confident that we have a complete understanding of your renovation requirements and vision.

Each renovation project is different and almost always present challenges along the way. Some jobs are completed as estimated, however some jobs – mainly due to unforeseen circumstances – need to be extended. We do our best to anticipate any issues that might arise and please be reassured we will discuss with you anything that risks causing delays to the project.

When it comes to handling our projects, we take a ‘project management’ approach by setting deliverable project milestones. These allow us to accurately gauge our progress and we have frequent update meetings with our clients.
